We independently evaluate our client service levels. This intensive survey checks customer satisfaction, service delivery, costs and communication levels. We have been awarded the highest ‘Diamond’ award for our customer satisfaction and service levels as proof of our promise that every client and consignment receives consistent and excellent service.
We are currently working towards Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status.
